1. Quality Issue: Our products do not work well once you receive it or it encounters crash in delivery causing you fail to use it. In this situation, our return policy is open to you. And we will return full refund to you.
2. Non Quality Issues: In some particular situation, our return policy can be open to you unless you have negotiated with our customer service about your particular problem, and in this condition we will charge you 15% handling fee.
3. Shipping options for return items: When you decide to return the items to us, ship it to the address given to you by Hypnotic Straps Team! Please do not use any other address, otherwise we are not able to receive your return, and we will not be responsible for it. We will not refund any shipping costs to you.
Mis-Ordered Products: If you ordered the wrong item, or you found out it is not what you wanted to order (not a quality problem), our return policy doesn't apply in this situation. Please be aware of this.
